Greetings everyone, I recently embarked on a journey to Seattle, Washington, for New Year’s Eve, marking the start of 2024, as I had never been there before and wanted to experience a different New Year’s Eve celebration than the usual one in Las Vegas!
Day One:
Arrived in Seattle on a swift two-hour Southwest Airlines flight, and took an Uber to the Hyatt Regency. Checked in and later attended the New Year’s Eve party in the grand ballroom. Kicked off the trip with a visit to the Soul Lounge for some delightful cocktails.
Day Two:
Explored the iconic Space Needle and strolled around the Seattle Center. Spent an art-filled afternoon at the Seattle Art Museum, captivated by the diverse exhibits. Enjoyed a satisfying lunch at the Diller Room, a cozy bar lounge. Took a nap at the hotel before heading out for dinner at the nearby Yard House.
Day Three:
Soaked in the local atmosphere at Queen Anne’s Beer Hall while watching Sunday football games. Explored the downtown area, finding comfort in its San Francisco-like streets. Prepped for the New Year’s Eve bash at the Hyatt Regency ballroom, meeting fellow party-goers from Las Vegas.
New Year’s Eve:
Rang in 2024 in style at the Hyatt Regency’s spectacular ballroom bash, creating memorable moments with newfound friends. A lively and enjoyable evening.
Departure:
Checked out at 10:30 AM, catching a 1 PM flight back to Las Vegas. Despite the brief visit, appreciated Seattle’s peaceful ambiance and cleaner air. Eager to return and explore more of what the city has to offer.
Well, that was my trip in a nutshell. I was only there for a few days hopefully next time I visit I can do a bit more sightseeing and exploring!
